Shipping Times
Products that are in stock are generally shipped within 2 business days. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday will be shipped by Tuesday unless Monday or Tuesday falls on a holiday. During peak times (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday weekend, and the Christmas season), our processing time might be longer. Please check the announcement bar at the top of the page for any shipping and processing updates.

Shipping Services
All of our packages are shipped via USPS or UPS, and we are not responsible for any delays these shipping providers might experience during a busy shipping season. All of our packages are shipped with a tracking number, which is included in your shipping confirmation email. You can check your tracking number for updates and delivery estimates and reach out to USPS or UPS for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ScentWick Candles is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package doesn't reach you, please contact the shipping provider directly and file a claim using these links: USPS and UPS.

Shipping cost
We are excited to announce that we offer $5.99 flat-rate economy shipping on all orders. Additionally, all orders over $75 (excluding tax) will receive FREE economy shipping. Custom order fulfillment and shipping vary based on the order quantity and availability. Wholesale order shipping varies based on quantity and distance (zone). Custom orders and wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
